My name is Trajen Chambers, and I am the founder and creator of Toge1her Brand. I grew up in Oberlin, Ohio, a small yet historically rich city known for its role in the Underground Railroad. This network of secret routes, safe houses, and courageous individuals helped enslaved people escape to freedom in the North and Canada. Growing up in Oberlin, where the liberal Oberlin College attracts people from all over the world, I was exposed to diverse cultures and perspectives that shaped my understanding of the world and my place in it.
Fashion has always been a passion of mine, but it wasn’t until I attended Bowling Green State University and majored in Fashion Merchandising and Product Development that I realized the true direction I wanted my life to take. After thoughtful conversations with my family and guidance from my professor, Marianna, Toge1her Brand was born.
The name "Toge1her" symbolizes unity—standing together as one. The brand's logo, a simple yet powerful equal sign incorporating the letter "T" and the number "1", represents this core value. My vision for Toge1her Brand is to create a global community, where people can wear what they stand for—social equality. Through this brand, I hope to inspire unity, raise awareness, and bring people together to make a positive change.
